Return Policy

Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.
  1. Product must be returned in its original packaging.
  2. Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
  3. 7 days – Refund or replacement Policy
In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit. If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. This policy shall be applicable only if the product was bought when this policy was applicable to the product. It is clarified that a customer may only be able to seek a one-time replacement under this Policy, subject to the other terms provided herein.
  1. Customer Need to inform Jalmay within 7 Days for Replacement or Refund
  2. Refund policy is not eligible after 7 Days from day of Purchase.
  3. The product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
  4. The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
  5. In certain cases where the Jalmay is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
  6. Refund will be release within 15 Days to Consumer.
  7. In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 2 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the Jalmay to investigate.
